1½ pounds ground beef 1 cup plain breadcrumbs 1 large egg ½ cup finely diced onion 2 cloves garlic minced ¼ cup whole milk 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 1 teaspoon kosher salt ½ teaspoon black pepper 2 cups barbecue sauce 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a lined baking sheet.
